An endowment for our mountain schools

To those of us who live or work here, it is clear that the Loma Prieta mountain community is a true treasure. This is a special and unique place. The Future Fund is an investment in this community, benefitting generations to come.

As a small rural school district, Loma Prieta Joint Union School District is especially vulnerable to the volatility of current school revenue sources. The Future Fund endowment is an effort to establish a long term, sustained, dependable funding source.

The dividends and gains from the endowment fund are paid out annually to our mountain schools to enable the rich learning experiences we want for our mountain kids. Meanwhile, the principal - made up of generous contribution by people like you - continues to grow and grow. It's a true investment. It will strengthen our community in 5 years and in 150 years.
